After talking and demo’ing to a growing number of people we think we have nailed down what Version 1 of TribeHR will look like. Some of the things I am really excited about:
Employee review wizard: use the information already in TribeHR for your review and use the tool to apply your own questions/response process between the manager and employee. The review will be locked and stored in TribeHR for future reference.
More in depth vacation/sick day tracking: we are placing some important book keeping features for admins so that the reports you get from TribeHR will make your accountant happy — like tracking the number of vacation days accrued in a given period of time.
Report generation, reporting, and data export: we want to make sure the data you get out of TribeHR helps you and is easy to find. We are working on a number of enhancements for our dashboard that will make it easy to have a quick overview of what is going on and what needs to get done.
