Your Office Culture: Set to Music

At TribeHR, we know that many factors influence a company’s culture—management style, office layout, dress code, etc. Since music is becoming ever more popular in the workplace (thanks in part to digital and social music services such as Sonos and Spotify), a couple weeks ago we reached out to you via Facebook and Twitter asking for office theme song suggestions.

The responses were extremely varied, creative and, often pretty funny. Our favorite came from Brenda, Operations and HR Manager of Cornerstone Capital Advisors. She thought Bob Dylan’s “Times They are A-Changin’” perfectly described her ever-evolving office and earned herself (and her hungry team) a cookie delivery!
