Sussing out the real reason is difficult. I'm questioning that comp is high as 57% (it is among the most convenient to give) The same thing with regrettable/non-regrettable departures ("depends" isn't very actionable - but it is better than assuming "non-reg" which can tend to capture more of the sour grapes crowd). I know it is difficult, it's a lot like political polling where folks can be conditioned by the question - much more the answer they think you/the company wants to hear and not negatively reflect on them/their leadership. Huge kudos TribeHR for rep'ing the need to at least be asking, at least being engaged...and at least being prepared for exits.

I think I understand what you're trying to say, Violet. And I could see why you might be afraid of that. The fact is, though, that whether you're in the UK (http://www.guardian.co.uk/uk/2007/nov/22/immigration.immigrationandpublicservices) or the US (http://www.factcheck.org/2010/05/does-immigration-cost-jobs/), it simply isn't true.

There is some under standing of this young man situation, but what he and others illegal aliens need to understand is , America is not only trying to help just him and a few illegal aliens, it is to the point, that millions of illegal aliens want to come to America to fulfill their American dreams, and now there are just to many of them, this it self is putting so much pressure on Americans who have legal status to America! It is to the point that millions illegal aliens are scheming and scamming our American system, they are using false information just to get employment and many other things that rightful belongs to poor and middle class Americans, they are just jumping them selves in the front lines of our employment and many other things, leaving millions of Americans second in line in their own country, This young man must realize America is being over populated by illegal aliens, by passed amnesties, our American birthright laws, which is just left wide open to them, allowing their children who are born here to automatically get granted American citizenship, why?? This it self is a sneaky amnesty for their millions of children born here alone! it helps illegal immigration over population in America! And giving millions of illegal aliens an amnesty or legalization will not help massive illegal immigration, being so illegal immigration is, or already have damaged America, it will only cater to it, it just will be giving illegal aliens legal papers to just continue to do what they are doing now, just them continue to just jump them self in the front line of American, Americans who come to America the right way, who had abide our American laws. it will allow them to be in competition in millions of our employment, with them ending in the front of the lines of our employment and Americans always second in line!!!

The most terrible thing about the whole situation is that million of illegal aliens actually invaded America by the millions, and they are so strongly forcing them selves on our American system, and they do not really care how they go about it either! They just want what they want of America, regardless of The Americans who have legal status to America! and the most terrible thing about illegal immigration in America, is that our own American politicians our so call lawmakers, had lost so much control of illegal immigration they have allow illegal aliens and all of their advocates to take control of America, it is to the point that illegal aliens are over running America! To them America are suppose to just excuse them and accept all their schemes and scams, all their wrongdoings of America! illegal immigration had put them selves and Americans in a terrible situation! They are finding ways to clutch them selves on to America, making it so difficult to remove them from America! and our politicians are falling for all of their bull instead of enforcing our immigration laws!!
