Joseph has a commitment to Corporate Citizenship and a belief that business is accountable to employees, customers, shareholders and the community. He co-Founded Lewis Media Inc., a web development and software development firm, Simple Machines Forum, an open source software development project, and OnMyBlock.ca Ltd., an online permission based marketing company. A graduate of Leadership Waterloo Region, Joseph’s professional interests include user business and NFP governance, interface design, web strategy, software development, and all things high-tech.

Mark Gally, VP Marketing

Mark Gally's photo

Mark is always looking to uncover key customer pain points and finding ways to improve an operation.  He is passionate about helping companies develop high performing cultures and believes in using data to make better decisions.  With extensive experience leading marketing and product marketing organizations for high growth companies, he has helped build companies from under $2MM in annual sales to over $50MM.  Mark has a MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, a Masters of Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor’s Degree from Cornell University.

Jason Zan, VP Finance & Operations

“Finance by day, circus performer by night,” Jason is an accomplished venture capitalist and skilled acrobat. In his 11 years with Rogers Ventures, he was responsible for a number of high-profile investments and acquisitions (including MetaTV, Equator Technologies, and Coaxmedia), and sat on the boards of several leading technology businesses. Jason earned his MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business.

Eric Gerlach, Manager, Developer Operations

Eric Gerlach's photo

Eric has more than 10 years of programming experience, having previously worked as an IT Manager and Network Administrator at Feds, as a Software Engineer on Electronic Arts’ FIFA project, and as a computer science instructor. He is the founding President and past Chairperson of KwartzLab Society, a 3000 square foot not-for-profit high-tech and artistic workspace. Eric leads TribeHR’s development operations, which means he makes our team and our software work faster and more effectively. He has a Bachelor of Mathematics in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.

Anthony Austin, Product Manager

Anthony lives by the mantra of “never stop experimenting”. With over 20 years experience in innovation consulting and IT product management across four continents, he is passionate about using technology to find new ways to solve problems that really matter. He believes in data-driven decision-making and in the collective wisdom of passionate teams. He has led many technologists in both small and large companies including, IBM Global Services, Razorfish and Verizon. Anthony has a Bachelors degree in Energy Engineering and an MBA from Warwick University in the UK.
